1. Acceptance of Terms

Registering for and using the Platform means you fully accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Platform allows students and users to take psychological tests and questionnaires online, receive results, and review relevant recommendations.

3. Account and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities carried out under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

The Platform may be used only for lawful and intended purposes.

Interfering with the system, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, or falsifying results is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer About Test Results

Test results are provided for educational and self-awareness purposes and do not replace a medical diagnosis or a professional psychological assessment.

In serious cases, consulting a qualified specialist is recommended.

6. Intellectual Property

The tests, texts, design, and other materials on the Platform belong to the Center and are protected by copyright.

When using the materials, citing the source trm.uz is required.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Center does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Platform and is not liable for any indirect damages that may arise from its use.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, in the manner established by law.
